i have great range of motion, like i can touch my palms behind my back both sides with 1 over 1 under, i can lay flat and hold my arms straight over my head and touch below flat, and the internal rotation you just showed, I can easily touch the floor both ways and probably quite a bit below the floor no issues. However, every time I do a pushup, no matter how slowly I do them, I literally injure what I think is my rotator cuff within 1 or 2 reps. I can do 50ish elbows out pushups, 1 handed pushups, over 300lb bench press, etc. What could be the issue?
Me aswell, I’m a beginner and can do upto 17 push-ups which is my extreme limit after 2 push-ups my elbows start killing idk y?
try splaying your fingers and gripping the floor. that extra tension should help. why? i can't remember but i saw some youtube short and i tried it and it helped a ton.
Mine is like from the back blade
should we be able to touch the floor? when rotating inwards
what about for pull ups? always have pain in the left shoulder after pull ups :(
I promise you this is not how you improve interanl rotation. There is more complicated things going on with the shoulder that is keeping her from being able to internally rotate than to be able to just put a barbell on the AC joint and then actively go through the same range of motion lol.
Margaret is very attractive
Thank you. Going to try this.
