Diego with TWAU vs Johnny with act 4 basically reminds me of DIO vs Jotaro except in sbr johnny cant stand and Diego ain't a vampire and is less buff but stronger than original the world
In my opinion , tw au would win cause if he stops time johnny pretty much can’t move but somehow tusk can move on time stop but I think tusk will not know what to do since stands are the ones that take orders from their stand users.

The stand is a manifestation of your spirit it doesn't need verbal orders it does what you think it should and since the stand can still move that means that johnny merely cannot move his own body but can still control the stand.
