I remember this song from when I was 4 years old and I’m 38 years now. Praise the Lord! Thanks for sharing 🙏🏾 it really quickened my spirit and blessed my soul
I used to dance and play tambourine singing with my siblings during home bible study. I was only about 4. I’m 40 now it’s feels so good to hear this song after all this time! Wow GLORY BE TO GOD!!!!!
The Lord is calling His children back even Today! There's a fork in the road and a decision to make, DIVE into The Word starting with the book of Joel (it's only three short chapters, but it is mighty and prophetic!) Wake up Church, STAND, consecrate a fast, Cry out to our Lord, BLOW the Trumpet in Zion, the Lord has uttered His voice. for strong is He who carries out His word!
It sounds victorious, but the "army" in question described in Joel 2 is a plague of locusts come to devour all plant life and render Judah helpless so that they might fast and repent. I love the music for this song though, very memorable from my college days.
Blow the trumpet in Zion, Zion Sound the alarm on this holy mountain Blow the trumpet in Zion, Zion Sound the alarm They rush on the city They run on the wall Great is the army That carries out His Word They rush on the city They run on the wall Great is the army That carries out His Word The Lord utters His voice Before His army The Lord utters His voice Before His army
My compliment to any body reading this my comment. Pls. This blow ye the trumpet in Zion on this platform is not exactly what I am looking for. Am looking for the one played in this cassette titled 'worship time album 3'. Pls. If you can assist me with it, I'll really appreciate it. That's if you know exactly the cassette am talking about. Thank you.
