@@rsf5898 They are an after thought that cause more accidents than any part or mechanism of a firearm. They offer no benefits what so ever compared to a good single stage or double stage trigger, only drawbacks. The only good place for them are on target guns, like Free Pistols.
What do you mean with "Even air rifles have them" ?? the set triggers are way above the ordinary two stage triggers. and way more expensive to build. Two stage triggers are not my favorit, i prefere single stage, around 500-750 Grams. They are easy to shoot, and also easy to shoot quick without jerking the trigger, because there is no slack to be taken out by the finger while pulling it.
@@Macki1287 Set triggers are just bad after thoughts that has been hanging on since the age of cross bows and muzzle loaders. They are not particularly hard to build. In fact they are quite simple many times. They offer no benefits what so ever generally. But enormous drawbacks as mentioned above. People like them because they look interesting. Depending on the hunting situation a single or a two stage is preferable. A two stage can offer you a much lighter, and safer, trigger pull. They have extra sear engagement when designed correctly. Which is taken up in two stages. They have to be designed into the gun, not as an after thought, but as integral part of the system.

A superbly elegant & effective rifle.

Watch the video - it show’s the calibre several times.
6,5 CM
Amazing 😍😍😍😍
Superb, but I wish all set-triggers were abolished! I would prefer a two stage adjustable trigger. Even inexpesive air rifles have them!
Why wish them ‘abolished’? Why not leave those who like them to enjoy them?
