Ahh my favourite! I love sticking a little micro lure into a rock pool or a small or along a peer wall it’s packed with all sorts of interesting species!
Great video, makes you want to be there, love the little scorps and the underwater footage, I need to fish a beach but want to hit some rockpools now!!
Great video. I've not tried LRF fishing before, think I may give it a crack. My best ever shore caught Bass was caught pretty much where you are fishing!
Thanks Thomas! I'd definitely recommend giving it a go, it's very addictive and so much fun! I don't think of that area as very "bassy" but a lot of good fish have been caught there! 👍🎣
Thanks, yeah they'd love it I'm sure! End gear is a small flex head/cheb with a small hook (size 16ish) but then has a small "tanago" stinger hook which are bought pre - tied, its actually a short length of braid that the stinger hook is attached to 👍🎣
Rockpools and harbour walls are best places to look mate, they like a bit of structure. Keep a lure on the bottom and just give it small movements, if there are scorps about they'll usually have a go. Cheers man 👍🎣
Thank you mate! I really enjoy watching the underwater footage when I get home, I must do more of it! I get mine from a friend who's set up an online shop, have a look for jonny lerfer on Facebook or Instagram or Google japan jonny lerfer 🙂🎣

Some awesome footage you got there mate. Really interesting to watch the fish taking your lure.
Thanks mate, I really enjoyed watching the underwater footage back, always intrigues me what's going on down there. I must do more underwater stuff 🙂🎣
Thanks Rich, you got some interesting underwater footage there and, that looks like a great venue. Excellent.
Thanks mate, its a brilliant venue for rockpooling and apparently decent for bass and wrasse as the tide floods, yet to try that though! Cheers 🙂🎣
Best video yet mate! Thanks for plug too 👍🏻
Ah thanks mate, much appreciated! No worries mate, keep the content coming 👏🎣

Cheers mate, its nice to mix it up a bit isn't it! Rockpools are a good option when the conditions aren't great on the open coast 🙂🎣
Brilliant underwater footage and great catches!
Thank you mate! I do love a good rock pool session! 🙂🎣

Great film, got too try this with the grandkids. Couldn't quite make out the end gear, is it a hook on a short length of mono attached to the weight?

Can I just ask what rig you're using? Is it like a little stinger hook?
Yeah its just a little cheb rig with a tanago stinger attached, just handy for picking up the odd micro species 🙂🎣
@@DevonLerfer Thanks alot. Cracking video as always.😀
