Based off your podcast you may want to look for other areas for houses. La Jolla is expensive because it’s right on the beach, I’m going to Escondido area and the houses are super nice for under 1m for 4-5bedrooms. Also, Depends on type of housing you’re looking for. Just a tip if Dallas doesn’t workout 😉
@@kikimuratore2208 yeah we could technically do SD now but we would just go to Dallas (or elsewhere) for tax purposes. San Diego is more for later when we don’t make as much taxable income- and when I DO get to move to SD, I’m doing it the EXACT way I want! I don’t want to have to compromise location ideally. That’s the most important thing to me 💙
