Bhai .. 2nd accident me apne dzire wale se baat kri hai ?.. mujhe nhi lagta hai dzire ki galiti hai .. woh left dekh rha hoga kyu ko left se traffic was merging.. gol chakkar me you often look left . More so when there is heavy traffic merging... you wont expect koi aise cross aakr khada ho jaega..

The last accident is clearly due to a lack of understanding of the round about rule by Indian drivers. It's very simple: 1) cars entering a round about must give way to any vehicle in the round about which is to their right hand side.2) The vehicle to your right has the right of way. Adjust speed to pass behind or allow it to pass ahead of your car.
In left-hand drive countries, it's just the opposite.
The jazz should have given way to the scooter and the dezire (dash cam) car. Ignorance of the roundabout rule makes driving in India a "might is right" or "speed is right" concept wherein small, slow vehicles have no option but to completely stop in a roundabout like the scooterist was forced to do.

I live in NZ and this is the system here. It not only prevents accidents but also avoids traffic jams and saves time and fuel as well...

This always happens, however applying brakes need to be muscle memory in these situations which never comes if you are used to just accelerating abruptly. The driver is focusing on traffic coming from left and the scooty guy is also at a good speed even after knowing there is traffic coming from left. Then decides to slow down all of a sudden. Both are at fault.

The scooty is at fault, not the driver. When you are inside the roundabout, you are not supposed to stop. Not the fault of the car driver.
