I agree! This is our 2nd Rattan model we have reviewed and our first one was also Red, love this color. FYI, it looks like the Pathfinder is on sale now, $200 off so if you're interested, definitely take advantage of the discount while you can.
I'm sorry to that. Unfortunately I can't speak to that as a consumer, only as an influencer. As a youtuber they have addressed any concerns I have had and I had a couple that required replacement parts. Most recent was a brake sensor cable. A replacement was shipped to me within a week in a half and I was back up and riding.
I purchased the pathfinder and it came in last week... I have had serious battery issues and a warped front rotor... I have been struggling to have their support contact me as well.initially on the first night, the support person (Jane) was responding and we did a bunch of troubleshooting. After we were able to prove that my battery is faulty, now no one is replying to me. I really like the bike but with 4 miles range on pedal assist 2 it's not worth what I paid for it. I really hope that this gets resolved within my 15 day return window so I don't have to return the bike because I really like it.
That's typical of these companies. They'll bend over backwards for "influencers" to shill for them while then disappearing for actual customers. It seems like I see that all the time in comments on UA-cam videos reviewing e bikes.

I have a rattan. The only problem I see is, there is essentially no after sale support or replacement parts.
