Buses in Milton Keynes 24/03/2022

Buses in Milton Keynes, in Lower Ninth Street and at Milton Keynes Central station, on 24th March 2022. Most local services worked by Arriva's StreetLites, B7RLEs and SB200s, however there is still a good amount of variety with two Stagecoach fleets running into the town with a mix of old and new liveries, several independent operators, and a few older vehicles remaining in Arriva's fleet.

Optare Solos are amazing. I used to ride them all the time to work.
Replaced by the big, loud, bone shattering Wright's StreetLite DF's.
I saw a Wrights StreetLite WF which look like might replace the 2 or 3 Solos we have left

Just wondering, what with it being the home of Red Bull Racing, if a bus is late in Milton Keynes, do they blame Lewis Hamilton?
Did you notice at what speed the Mercedes Citaros experienced any porpoising? I've known buses bounce up and down when standing still.

I don’t know what the maintenance plans are for Arriva buses are in Milton Keynes but they sound awful. Similar vehicles in the Luton and Dunstable area sound much healthier!
