Yes I started cutting people off. By evaluating if I see them in my life 3-5 years from now. And just focusing on myself and pouring into my own cup instead of others. And seeing what parts of my life are triggering me or where I’m overwhelming myself at and working on adjusting those things.
If you need to talk lmk I know it sucks to be in that energy and feel like nobody understands or you got nobody in your corner for support. And the ancestor alter isn’t as difficult as it may seem to start working with to create that connection with your loved ones
