The high dividend don't really benefit ordinary shareholders who have to pay capital gains taxes.
I would really like to see deleveraging and building funds for future replacements or expansions..

Dividends are taxed 0%, 15%, 20%. USA
-So dividends and capital gains are treated different. (USA)
Reinvesting the dividend into stock is maybe even a better idea.
