It’s not finished. You can’t pin combos, there consistent audio glitches, the shrine only lets you deposit 1000 coins at a time, the menu system is completely disorganized, there constant clipping in outros and brutalities and a lot more
the characters present are great and I'm enjoying the game for sure. still, NO 4-armed fighters, NO new characters, NO robot fighters, NO fighters with modern or futuristic weaponry. I always loved that MK had an unapologetic hodgepodge of aesthetics, but this roster is narrow.

the online has some connection issues, invasion mode is kinda dull, theres a little less customisation than in mk11 and the gameplay has a couple small kinks that are effectively bugs. its extremely good, but its not perfect.
Been playing MK since 1992 until now and here I am 39 years old have seen how this game grown. I’m loving this new timeline and brought back some of the ones from the 3D era.

The mishmash characters were a call back to Armageddon and how u could create a fighter. The thing I like about it is you'll always get different wacky mix-up characters every playthrough.

This is the most beautiful a major fighting game has looked. Netherrealm has really been pushing Mortal Kombat toward a more human, grounded tone, which really clashes with the extreme kitschy, over-the-top goriness because MK has to be MK. They're definitely aware of the friction, it's almost like two different studios are working on the game.
The fact that MK is still living up until this generation. This gives me chills. I first played MK as a child in an arcade where you insert token lol makes me feel so old now. Idk if I die, I think MK will still thrive. Long live to Mortal Kombat 👊

Story mode is great, but lots of people are unhappy with how little kontent is in the game compared to MK11. Especially in comparison to Street Fighter 6.
I hope Liu Kang reign’s for many years in this new era. The original timeline ended with Armageddon and Shao Khan winning, The rebooted timeline ended with Liu Kang defeating Shang Tsung and gaining control over the hour glass and restarting to the very beginning, I look forward to seeing how this third timeline turns out and the next games that are yet to be announced in the upcoming years.
Shao kahn didn't win Armageddon it was another dude who become an demi god I don't remember his name just magically for reboot sake somehow Raiden and shao kahn got in the top of the tower in mk 9
Love history mode, that ending proposing more new lore from the liu kang timeline with mileena khan, the lin kuei and shiray riu differences leaded by bi-han and kua liang and the new past history from baraka and reptile to fight for good. Very well from the boxing bags

Warner Bros and Nether Realm Studios are complete cheats. The premium edition of this game on PC costs $110 and it runs like shit on PC no matter how powerful your rig is. Of course in the future they will come up with a patch and fix it, but on launch and up until now, this game stutters like hell on PC. Every time you perform a fatality, fatal blow or there's a cutscene, the game switches to 30fps automatically. These gaming companies have become absolutely shameless and I will definitely pirate their products in the future for sure. If you guys can't deliver a product and charge a premium price for it, then you deserve to be mocked. I'm surprised these companies haven't been sued for putting out unfinished products.
