That looks so savory and delicious ! Reminds me of when my dad used to make chicken and dumplings. Instead of making dumplings, he would use tortillas and cut them up like the roti. He would drop them all in at the last minute and simmer til the chicken stock thickened then ladle into soup bowls. Such wonderful warm aroma and flavor, much like I imagine your lovely roti dish must be. Thank you for sharing. 💖
