That's one seriously good looking 4020! I'm 77now, but that looks like the twin of mine that I bought new many years ago! The engine of a 4020 has its own distinct sound. Thanks for your videos Andy, they let me kinda relive my own life,by the way, I grew up on a Minnesota dairy farm, to this day no one has beaten me at finger pulling thanks to milking machine we used back then. Ron
I imagine those houses next to the manure field really appreciate the field spreading rather than injection. Reminds them of where there milk really comes from.
I love your comments about the drivers and turning and working, it was the same thing my father did to me going up on a farm in Lyndonville New York, I did learn eventually, and he never had to tell me twice.
Hi Andy ! Thanks to showing us that big manure operation going on . good job every body at the farm. Thanks Andy for your time and have a good day bud !
Andy I never miss a video of yours and also Kip Sieglar in Michigan, interestingly though two totally different concepts, Kip has only family whereas you work more with hired help. Not sure which is better but greatly appreciate you sharing your everyday life and keeping it real. Wonderful family but we all would like to meet the Mrs. Hourigan some day
One thing I learned when it is hot and sunny outside. I put camouflage netting over the cab of my tractor and that way, I can still see out but it blocks the sun and keeps the cab much cooler. Except I tell people it's for the little black helicopters so they can't see me
Andy you should be getting Sarah's thought of the day! I bet today's would have been" oh Dad I'd like to put that camera in the bottom of the manure tank"
I was with your uncle yesterday, we stopped by the farm and saw your dad in that Peterbilt. Good times… great video. Hope you were able to get all the wheat done
Great video Andy!! Thanks for the 4020 ride-along. Watched it twice. I can't believe Andrew was responsible. Guess you aren't selling any/all the refusal feed anymore. Thanks again, I hope you are having a good day.
🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ANDY picking on the men spout over the tractor 😂 rounded tire edge’s unbelievable.? Then you make the young lady wait while you chat with us to hook up the tedder. Thanks sir. Beautiful day for a 4020 ride!! !!
Cant beat an open station Andy. Takes me back to a 3120. no Cab.... No Rops!!!! 2,100 rpm flat out (at which she spent most of her life) but a Sound unmatched to this day. Thumb is in the usual position 👍Catch the next.
Hey there Hollywood, I hope this finds you and your crew well? 🙏 There are a few places that have the panels and grille for your 4620, in "like new" condition, "repaired" condition, and "needs repairs" condition, i can give you their contact information if you're interested? If your 4020 was a Deluxe, with the Hydraulic Front Wheel Assist, Factory Cab, and Power Shift Transmission, you would have a very Desirable Tractor. $$$ I hope y'all have a good one! 👍 "Nothing Runs Like A Deere" 🦌 👍 🇺🇲
Andy, just a thought, maybe put a couple pieces of tape on the combine head to mark where you line up those pick-up arms. Great videos as always! Sorry for the idiot smashing into the tractor, glad you didn't kill him. Whew!
Andy me thinks you're been sarcastic 6.26 ,As for your dad its only right he has the choice of all the equipment enjoy your youtube channel spot on stay safe all of you
Why Andy, you've never been known for sarcasm, and yet I think I'm detecting a bit in this video!! Of course, it could just be the way I'm hearing things!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
The heat must be affecting the hired hand’s critical thinking. Driving into the 4620, extending manure tankers boom over tractor cabs, manure spreader backing up to the fracking tank instead of driving parallel to load 🤦🏻♂️😡🤬🤯
I like your “Farmer Style Stops”. Some city law enforcement officers when they relocate to rural settings can take some time to understand why farmers do rolling stops
I love your videos, it reminds me as a farmer, the same trouble that you're going through, you got idiots that work for you, and , it's best to keep it in family as much as you can You say the same thing, but you just put. It on the camera and I say all the time to there face They still don't get it!! Because Is not there money!!!
Andy Have you or Can you let me know where I can get the Foam Sheet to put on the Underside of the Canopy like is on that Tractor? I purchased the legs and Canopy but it Didn’t come with the Sound Deadening Foam and it’s good for the Vibration! My old 1530 had Foam on it but it came from Deere That way!
your videos are amazing... thanks for going ahead and sharing this. I am from Argentina and I would work for free with you. You have a good team there. I will wait for the next happy video
andrew needs a broken counter to see who has the most points at the end then has to wash all the tractors..💪🏽 Sry i am from germany my english is terrible 👋
All your employees must watch the video's for the daily training on the proper operations of equipment. Just wondering why you don't store the wheat where you put the straw, in the empty bins instead of shipping to market? Playing the commodity market a little. Or is it too wet to do that with?
Hey Andy, Sad to see what happend to that nice 4620 tractor. Could really tell it meant alot aswell to you. Such a shame if it was the same young guy im thinking about that used to be some in the shop aswell that u seemd to get along good with and joke with. Cant really understand how he did do that since he had still driven that truck alot and operated that wheelloader for quite sometime and make such a misstake. He should have seen the tractor in the mirror and that it wont work out. The sound of your voice and how upset you was on the video aswell. It sounded like he got fired right? Or did you give him another chance?
Great video. You are using way too much technology. GPS, humidity sensors for the crops. We know from the Sage Of NYC Mike Bloomberg you simply toss down some seeds in the soil and dance on car roof tops till fall. Again great channel Thanks.
Man You can't win for losing. Perhaps a Safety meeting with the lads. and remind them of cost and future unemployment at your farm . Better days ahead . Just get up and go everyday .

Loved your sarcasm in the beginning. Cracked me up
Now Andrew has run the open station tractors I was wondering which one is favorite one to operate. Thanks for the videos and stay safe.
Another great “Andy-ism” “always swing the manure spout over the cab of the tractor” !!! Great Andy.
Andy...I really enjoy your sarcasm...Keep up the good work and thanks for the video
Smile Andrew. Spitting image of Dad.
You have the best kids in the world Andy! A real credit to you and your wife.
Hi Andy !
Thanks to showing us that big manure operation going on .
good job every
body at the farm.
Thanks Andy for your time and have a good day bud !
Make.sure and turn those trailers sharp to keep the edges of the tires rounded off. Lol. Great video.
Hourigan some day
The difference is the size of the operation. Hourigan Dairy is 10 times the size of Ziegler. Maybe more.
Thanks for all the little pointers, like turning short to help keep sidewalls rounded on the tires😂.
Love the view from the 4020! Mine was a ‘71 diesel. My 4000 diesel is the same. Great video! Thank you for taking us along
One thing I learned when it is hot and sunny outside. I put camouflage netting over the cab of my tractor and that way, I can still see out but it blocks the sun and keeps the cab much cooler. Except I tell people it's for the little black helicopters so they can't see me

Consider getting a good sized "space blanket" (the silver ones). They also work against the black helicopters.
Someone like me who's dealing a foot issue and has to stay off my foot until further notice your content is great for that!
I was with your uncle yesterday, we stopped by the farm and saw your dad in that Peterbilt. Good times… great video. Hope you were able to get all the wheat done
Yes all done
I LOVE you sarcasm. Common sense for some people just doesn’t exist
4020 still looks and sounds great. Not a 4020 made that stops at stop signs.
What stop 🛑🛑🛑 signs
Seeing that 4020 brings back memories of my younger days!
Love those old John Deeres. Hope you keep them going for years.
Another one of your awesome videos Andy. We just finished up our oats and it's back to hay for us here in Iowa.
I can’t think of any videos I rather watch than yours!
That 4020 really moves.
Cant beat an open station Andy. Takes me back to a 3120. no Cab.... No Rops!!!! 2,100 rpm flat out (at which she spent most of her life) but a Sound unmatched to this day. Thumb is in the usual position 👍Catch the next.

Andy, I sense a tone of sarcasm in your voice today!
That boy Andrew is more old school then 10 kids now a days love the fact that he would drive that 4020 than the tractor with the Ac
We need more of Nate's thoughts of the day😁
Andy who needs air conditioning when you can run the classic 4020! Great choice Andrew!!! Y’all be safe
Nice looking 4020 its nice andrew would rather drive the 4020 than the air conditioned ones, hope it stays dry for you enjoyed the video thanks andy.
That 4020 sounds good just like it suppose too, not better tractor made
Thanks Andy!
Great video! Wish the kids would talk more
John Deere was the first one with a comfortable seat. Used to call it the million dollar seat 👍
I love that tractor u guys r taking very good care of it
YOU DID NOT STOP AT THE STOP SIGNS ANDY.
Universal Well Services, they had some real funky looking trucks. I had some friends that worked there..

Enjoyed watching the video Andy
I see you have that same smartass attitude that I have, and I thought I was the only one 😂😂😂
You still have the skills Andy !
Another great video,thanks Andy!
Love that 4020 JD tractor
Sharp turns in the lots.....🤔😂🇺🇸
Andrew found himself a REAL pair of boots!!!!!!!!!!
The heat must be affecting the hired hand’s critical thinking. Driving into the 4620, extending manure tankers boom over tractor cabs, manure spreader backing up to the fracking tank instead of driving parallel to load 🤦🏻♂️😡🤬🤯
I could watch an hour long video of that 4020 driving through those country roads. Thats got to be the cleanest tractor you have.
Good Video Andy, and thanks for the tips on getting rid of those annoying tire edges
Your sarcastic comments are appreciated
Tks for sharing. Andrew likes the open tractor? Huh? He's a great little farmer. Chip off the ole block..
Nice ride on the 4020 nice tractor
You have that california stop down to an art going threw those stops signs 😂
Does that white ring around the stop sign make it optional?
No the camera does
Geez Andy you have a lot of STOP SIGNS I mean give way signs 🤣🤣
I like your “Farmer Style Stops”. Some city law enforcement officers when they relocate to rural settings can take some time to understand why farmers do rolling stops
like how you explain how to turn the tanker sharply. lol
Andy you're like butter you're on a roll LOL
Must be old Universal oil field service trucks. Were they gray with some stripes when you bought them?
Yes
I love your videos, it reminds me as a farmer, the same trouble that you're going through, you got idiots that work for you, and , it's best to keep it in family as much as you can You say the same thing, but you just put.
It on the camera and I say all the time to there face They still don't get it!! Because Is not there money!!!
That was a nice house in your field
Andy Have you or Can you let me know where I can get the Foam Sheet to put on the Underside of the Canopy like is on that Tractor?
I purchased the legs and Canopy but it Didn’t come with the Sound Deadening Foam and it’s good for the Vibration! My old 1530 had Foam on it but it came from Deere That way!
Andrew is growing up!!
Nice truck. Florida Joe
That reminded me of driving a tractor to school day. I see the " diesel fuel " sticker for dummies 😂
your videos are amazing... thanks for going ahead and sharing this. I am from Argentina and I would work for free with you. You have a good team there. I will wait for the next happy video
4020 best tractor JD built!
All tractors suck.
Farming sicks
You can’t let two dimes hold up a dollar! Andrew was wanting to run that 4020, that big smile said it all!!
Amazing how many different farm's you have crops on
Andy can you tell us like what kind of pressure go's on with grain bind's and silos on what causes them to blow out during filling etc.
Nice wheat Andy. I'm stuck today can you come pull me out lol. Have a good day.
andrew needs a broken counter to see who has the most points at the end then has to wash all the tractors..💪🏽
Sry i am from germany my english is terrible 👋
That’s a nice 4020 , sounds strong , hope that guy doesn’t back into this one , I’d be sick 🤢
Enjoyed the ride on the 4020. Brings back great memories
I know you will stop twice at the next stop sign 😂😂
All your employees must watch the video's for the daily training on the proper operations of equipment. Just wondering why you don't store the wheat where you put the straw, in the empty bins instead of shipping to market? Playing the commodity market a little. Or is it too wet to do that with?
You can sell the grain and re own it on the CME if you want to play the commodity market. Saves the handling and aereation cost.
It needs dried and we are storing it
The hyd.system was not strong enough to pick up by itself so we put the assist wheel on it.
Hey Andy. I've always wanted to ask you if you started using the frack tank after you had that tractor burn up? Either way, it's a brilliant idea.
I guess road signs are just a suggestion and andy likes fixing bearings and spindles lol
I do love a good tractor ride!!
Andy, please do me a favor say hello to your precious daughters for me. Much appreciated. Thanks.
Another 150bu/acre field? To run Kansas wheat it has to be at least 95 degrees.
Always working like a heard of rented miles. 88 degrees.....YIKES 👍
Ènjoyed watching the video ANÐY 😊
Too funny Andy!
If John deere made 4020's again they would be a best seller. We had 2 1970 models
Hey Andy, Sad to see what happend to that nice 4620 tractor. Could really tell it meant alot aswell to you.

Jesus Andy ur sarcasm is on another level today lol 😂
It seems at times I notice some hints of sarcasm. Are the numb skulls getting the best of you? It can't be easy having many employees .
Good job guys
Scarsem is rampant Andy
Another very interesting video Thank you 😊😊
Alway love seeing manure being hauled
Great video. You are using way too much technology. GPS, humidity sensors for the crops. We know from the Sage Of NYC Mike Bloomberg you simply toss down some seeds in the soil and dance on car roof tops till fall. Again great channel Thanks.
Sharp turns keeps the tires rounded lol
