Lively entertainment can be found throughout the park with the return of seasonal favorites Ghost Town Alive! and Knott’s Summer Nights.
Ghost Town Alive! is the interactive daytime family fun experience that takes you throughout the streets of Calico interacting with the many citizens that inhabit this bustling community. With many roles to play, excitement is waiting.
The summer adventure continues long after the sun goes down, with a nighttime summer party that will liven up the evening. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of top 40’s bands that rotate throughout the event or jam out to an array of musical acts.

Both of those sound good. I love potato skins, and that chickpea cauliflower wrap is on the top of my list to try.
That wrap sounds so refreshing! I've recently lost a large amount of weight, but there is no way I'm missing out on these treats! 😂 Calories don't count on vacation. 😜

The watermelon feta salad and the shrimp ceviche sound really good!!
I really enjoyed the watermelon feta salad. There was a shrimp ceviche during one of the "Taste of" festivals. I really enjoyed that as well!

I noticed that as well. It's not listed anywhere. I was going to ask when we were at the park today, but did not see any of our F&B contacts. Will try and find out!
I confirmed, that item was cut from the menu after the photos were taken.
