Very helpful video. You did an excellent job explaining all the things that make this a super skiff. I've been dipping my toes into the water and so far this one is at the top of the list. Well done.
Honestly I like the Yeti rod holder idea. I would add more there if it was me. And watching you use it made me think it was effortless to use. Beautiful rig!
I probably will add more eventually haha As for as solo fishing those 2 are just fine for me 😂 but as I take more people i'll want more. It is super effortless to use, blessed for sure!
Great boat! For the back boxes if you ever want to use them as coolers you can go to your local plumbing supply store and get a rubber plug. They have some with screws through them that you can tighten that makes the rubber expand to snug up in the hole. Just get some that fight good at the beginning. I'm sure someone at the store could help you get the right size. Anyway, great boat man, and good luck building the channel.
Love them beaver tails. Good luck growing your channel. Would love to do the youtube thing as well but struggle to get the time with my current job to be Consistent.
i recently purchased a Beavertail Mosquito as well and love it. I was wondering if youve had any issues with the bow roller on your trailer hitting the trolling motor. Mine does and seems to be a constant issue no matter how shallow or deep I try launching the boat. my trolling motor sticks out just like yours does.
No issue hitting the trolling motor with mine! May be at a slightly different angle than yours! Only issue I have is hitting my spare tire when I drop the boat in but I need to not be lazy and just move the tire 😂
I have my quick release plate where the trolling motor head sits slightly off the right side of the bow so it never hits the bow roller. May look into that?
she's beautiful spec'd out almost exactly how I would have it and im currently saving up to get one in a couple months, just wanted to know where you bought your's because I haven't been able to find any mosquitos on the market. oh and what did you get it for if you don't mind sharing that as well ! thank you
Do you still own this skiff? I’ve seen the video with Lawson that your working with now. I actually just got a quote from BT and think this might be the one? How’s the stability on it?
Beautiful boat! Happy for you
I love this freaking boat, thanks for taking me fishing lol
The pleasure is all mine. 😘 (bass tournament soon....?)
I’ll get in on that 😉
@@Bhadwin321 haha that'd be mad fun

Thats a genius idea! Never thought of that
@@JakeJenkins Happy to help. They should have something similar to the drain plug you use for the boat itself.
Thanks for posting - looking to get something similar. Tight lines!
Good luck with your search that's exciting! You as well!
Great boat! And nice walkthrough, if you are in FL I would get som covers for those batterie terminals! FWC will give you a ticket!
That’s a sick little boat man. Good thing you went to the Terrova. Those rodhans are just weird to me. Even the name is weird lol
Thank you! Haha yeah actually filmed another video talking about minn kota vs rhodan i'll be posting soon! Many reasons I like the minn kota more
Good on you for investing in yourself and what you want!
Awesome video. I'm looking for a poling skiff now
How shallow does it get up. And how skinny can you run it without a cavitation plate . Sick boat
Such a nice boat! Congrats.
If you wanna move the gheenoe along, hit me up!
Thank you!!! My friends using it for now :)
You can add some sea sucker rod holders as an option. No drilling…
Sweet rig I hope to have one someday
Also, how fast does it plane? When you get it going on some flat water

Appreciate it!! It's a ton of fun but definitely takes time!
Did u order it from beaver tail? I’m considering customizing a build from them

Your trailer could be too far back, or vice versa I forget. That’s normally the problem when mine does it
Nice boat! What color blue is that?
What did you pay for everything as is as I am pricing skiffs?
🤘🤘🤘
Let me know how the true draft when your on the polling platform and a friend is up front fishing.
