One of the best resort in Lonavala. It’s located near-by Lonavala city only. I have experienced very good service at the resort. Staff was very polite and helpful. All the rooms are very neat and clean. I booked super deluxe room and I just loved that room. Room was specious, having very huge balcony and bathtub as well.
Food quality of this resort is also very good. I tired both veg and non veg both and I loved the test. I can say food rates are normal not that high.
Resort is having many amenities as well like swimming pool, Game zone, Kids Play Area etc. Swimming pool is very nice and clean. Game zone is having many indoor games so you can spend time with your friends and family playing games.
I’ll recommend this resort to couple and family. It’s safe for married and unmarried couples.
Overall I had good experience at Meritas Crystal Resort.
