You want the cars to sound BELIEVABLE and at least representative on how they sound IRL.
These mods are from guys just recording audio with shitty mics and spending hours mixing the audio, to sound perfect and with AC audio system makes it sound insane.
Modders doing this as a hobby, makes anything playground has done seem pathetic in comparison.

That happen because of in game aerodynamics. Too much wing, not much front splitter. in a few gran turismo you have issues with high tuned cara because you only can add a rear wing and not a front spliter, the front feels light with force feedback.
