I know it's not technically called the Veyron, but it was unveiled a few months before the 18.4 Veyron (in September, while the Veyron was unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show in December), and it served to lay the foundations for the ultimate Veyron. On the other hand, the Veyron's 0-100 acceleration time was 2.5 seconds, not 3.2. Still, great video, congratulations!
I cannot believe the original concept only had 500 horsepower form 18 cylinders. That's gotta be one of the most inefficient engines ever put in a road car. Glad the production car turned out alot faster.
they should make a HIGH HORSEPOWER 18 cylinder not a war 18 cylinder with 500 hp. with 2 more cylinders, they can make 200 more horsepower with no more stress because of the 2 more cylinders.

Incredible cars that stand alone in their design. I normally prefer super chargers over turbochargers but the idea of 4 turbos blows my mind.
