I meet lots of nurses in my coaching and they work as a senior care for 2 years and no single care home provide pin and finally they taking oet classes
I was also informed the same thing.. until and unless if the person doesn’t pass the oet .. they can’t work as a RN there.. so, can u please clear this sir..
Well, I think they need proper guidance not coaching, ask them to contact me, I am already mentoring more than 100 carers in the UK to become a registered nurse, some of them have already received the Pin.

Do we need to give osce, oet, cbt after studying msc 2 yr in UK or we are eligible for RN after completing the course only and can work in UK
If you have done masters leading to registration then only no need to take any exams otherwise you have to take all the tests
