I am pleased to have found your channel, I too have been seeking to present a more ladylike and feminine persona. It is hard to be taken seriously in business at times if one if seen as too feminine, but at the same time it is important and I want to embrace my femininity as I age.

How to feel like a Lady!
    1. Have time for self-care weekly if not daily.
    2. Do something you enjoy at least once a week.
    3. Make sure you're pampering yourself.
    4. Exercise regularly.
    5. Be present in the moment.

Wrong being a lady means being GRACIOUS AND CLASSY. Poor advice totally self centered.

She's giving tips on feeling feminine and feeling like a lady. Being a lady involves graciousness etc, but that wasn't the point of the video.
