I have a decant of wavechild and it mixes so fresh and summery on my skin! It’s a hit for me! Body chemistry is a tricky thing!
Yes fore sure this one will come right down to body chemistry! I totally get the love for it, and hate it didn’t work out for me because the opening was AMAZING!

Hi Sharida! Which one would you choose between Rocca or Sospiro-Dolce Melodia?? I love fruity fragrances ❤
Dolce Melodia is more floral but I think it’s my favorite of the two.

I love Rocca it smells like MFK 540 extrait and bond n9 Greenwich village. I would buy Rocca for the bottle out of the three as they smell alike. I also love Wavechild smell so good and last 5-6.

I also intend to try Porthole - have you gotten your nose on that?
Oh and what do you think about the new soon to be released Guidance 46 Exceptional Extrait from Amouage…oh my lord.
Porthole is one I gave been dying to try! I think I will go ahead and order a decant. I did pre-order Guidance 46 and can’t wait to smell it!
Have you tried watermelon jam by oackcha? Batik lasts all day with that one and they smell the same. ❤❤❤❤❤I ordered four back up bottles. I’m already on bottle 2.

Wavechild is my favorite frag out of all the bottles I’ve bought so far this year. It’s playful, fresh, fruity, and literally makes me smile every time I wear it. I don’t pick up the citrus, cocoa, or coconut as much as the candied watermelon, salt, and amber but in my eyes it’s perfect. I just wish longevity was a bit longer but dang I love this so much

I sniffed Miami Nectar in Sephora this week and loved it. Probably the first fragrance from Ellis Brooklyn I have ever responded to so enthusiastically. Literal beach vacay in a bottle. Would love to see your travel vlog as well. Enjoy! We will miss you!

Tales from Zanzibar was love at first sniff for me!!!! Bought a full bottle immediately!!!! Smells like aGuava citrusy BR540! Such an underrated fragrance! Projects & lastsssss foreverr
Although I would love a vlog, I’d say just enjoy your trip. Enjoy the moments. One purpose of a vacation is to get a break from work…vlogging is work. So, if you do vlog…I’ll be watching. If not….I would understand.

It smells just like it is described. It smells like eating watermelon on Huntington Beach. I live in So Calif and I go there all the time. For me Batik watermelon is really BAD. It got bitter and chemically like butane iur WD40. . Mine is on Mercari now

I layer my Balinese coconut oil with a lot of summer scents….and I usually don’t like coconut but that one I vibe with. I mix it with blue heart as well
I knew you would love Rocca! 😂 It’s such a gem! 💚💛 It was my immediate favorite from his new releases. His Indian Santal is great too, but a different style.
Girl I love Rocca! It is soo soo good! I get a candied raspberry with candied vanilla. All the way through! Love it

Wavechild didn't work for me either. I thought it was boring. I couldn't pick out any watermelon, or other notes. It just smelled like "perfume" on me. Enjoy your vacation!!!!

8 is more fruity and musky. 5 is more of a saffron, ambery sweet musk. Very different but both are amazing!

Summer is for sure my least favorite for fragrance lol. Glad this one is up because my next big season video will be Fall which is my FAVE!! 😆

I ordered a couple things from your list today , hope they both work 😍 I had a similar experience to yours with Soleil Passione , fabulous opening then the ambergris ruined it for me unfortunately !! I have been wanting to try Wavechild but worried I might have the same experience ...... I ordered a decant of Empire and Christian Provencano is the perfumer as with Rocca and now I really want to try Rocca the bottle is stunning as well ❣
I got a decant of Wave Child and it didn't hit for me. To my nose ambergris smells like gasoline. Better alternatives are Solstice by Andrea Maack.
