Eloquent is the key word. You can't really say understated but it's just a nice calming steady rhythm filled with beauty, visuals, and eloquence. It embodies what she is to this group. This is her expressing her to her fans who will get this and cherish it. She gave us a gift and for that thank you Jisoo!

I think you are right. She just IS elegant thru and thru. It's a kind of classical elegance that really can't be taught. I think she just has it. Her manner, her tener. Blinks have seen her do some pretty goofy stuff too. But that elegance shines thru every time. It almost shines the most when she is sitting with her bandmates in interviews where the others are speaking mostly english and she is being really quiet. She's not talking. But your eyes are just drawn to her. She is undeniable!!!

Great and good review Anthony. Thank you for saying it as it is :). Jisoo looks stunningly beautiful as always. I have always said she is the underrated member of Blackpink. In regards to this MV and song. I have a couple of thoughts and bear with me as i say it. Yes, I think it is beautiful and have watched it lots of times especially after I thought about something. First off as we all well know. Blackpink members in their solo's at some point reference Blackpink. I think in this one Jisoo has done the same but it has more than one meaning. The scene where the dancers form the flower and then break the flower... note the colors The dancers are in black but their hand and arm is pink. Jisoo has on a pink top black underneath that = Blackpink. It is the only time in the MV there is any pink all other times it is red. The other meaning of that scene. The flower / relationship forms it breaks apart with nothing left only the scent of it ... But it could also signify a start of a new life and leaving behind the old one. We all know Jisoo is very big at promoting Korea and Korean Culture and history. Which leads me to the yellow building in amongst the grey ones. It is done for a reason Jisoo never does anything without a reason. It took me a while to figure it out but I think I have. It is a reference to a old Korean Movie called "Yellow House" it is a story about a sex worker who has to discover her identity. Now before you slam me for saying that, it fits in to not just the video but also the words .... In both China and Korea "Flower Girl" is slang meaning a courtesan. I think Jisoo is playing that girl. At the start walking through the halls noone looks at her... in that main hall again noone looks at her or talks to her and she is looking down not up..... The breaking of the necklace... it is a symbolic gesture of that girl letting go of her old past and starting a new one... in the MV once that happens the style of it all and the words all change..... If I am wrong then. I am sorry to Jisoo and all those involved in it. Maybe I am reading too much into it but it all fits together.

Oh my God, I love you. Thank you, thank you, thank you for calling out the toxic fans. I could never figure out why they always feel that they have to demean other members that aren't their bias. Jisoo has been my bias since the beginning, but I would never make a toxic comment about one of the other girls. They are all so talented as a group and in their own way.

Jisoo was my original bias, then Lisa wrecked that 😂😭 but seriously while I find myself drawn to Lisa the most I love and support all of the ladies of Blackpink. With as close as all the girls are to each other, I cannot even imagine why some ppl think it's ok to constantly tear the other members down. Flower is my second favorite solo song now right behind Lalisa. It took a few listens but now I love it. I am not surprised at all by how elegant this mv was because that is, as you said, Jisoo. Elegant.

Did a bit digging, purple lilacs symbolizes the first emotions of love (it also said that white lilac means youthful innocense but since her dress was purple it must be the other one).

AWESOME reaction as always. I do have to disagree with putting any single word on any Human. There is no single word (besides her own name that we all know her by) that could possibly do justice in explaining Jisoo's entire being. The music video is definitely elegant, yes, just like Jisoo is. But it's also a little weird, just like we know she is. And we love her for it.
