Loved this. Love my Prayer War journal. I also started mine while reading Fervent. Although I’ve been married 23 years, I also pray for my sons (age 22 & 18) future wives.
I made a prayer war binder after this watching this video and I love writing in it it’s giving me the courage to pray out loud instead of silently. I always wanted a war closet after watching war room, but I didn’t have the extra space so thank you for this video, I feel like I can watch your videos and relate since I read the King James Version, I try these other videos but they are reading from NIV and it’s really hard to keep up with them, I can’t wait to watch your bible study videos! You have been a blessing to me

thank you for this video. i recently saw a war binder on Pinterest while scrolling for a bible journal set up. came straight to UA-cam not knowing what it is/does and you explained it very well. as a young adult, i am strongly in favor of praying for my future husband, marriage and home. thank you for the resources too!

Thank you for this. I've been searching all over UA-cam for something life this. An idea, if you really want pockets on both sides of the folders, glue them together, you could even leave the top or side open for another pocket.

I have fervent hard copy plus war room hard copy/book...trying to see how to create my own planner/war binder/catch all
LOVE your video! I came across Gina's video back in 2012, started a binder, and fell off along the way, but still love the idea. Your video is giving me all the feels right now. I do have a question. What printer do you use to print your 8.5x5.5 sizes. It appears my HP printer doesn't have the size and I can't create a custom size :( I have the 8.5x5.5 size paper, the dividers and page covers already. However, did you print out on 8.5x11 paper? That's the piece I am trying to figure out. Thanks for sharing your heart with us and please keep sharing :)
I just found your video! I love your binder and other ideas. I'll be watching it a couple of times and implement some of your ideas. On your title pages did you print the titles or did you use stickers?
I know this is a dumb question but I need to ask anyway. How do you print off the “half sheets”. I think I heard you say to print off a normal size and fold in half (normal = 8.5 by 11)? GREAT video and War Binder. This is such an encouragement and wonderful “road map” as to how I want to make mine. I Love this idea, but who has the time for all of this?when you pray are you praying thru this war binder whole thing every day? how long does this take? I have a job like other ppl ,when do u find the time to do this? I pray every morning and I just started a travelers notebook which I love and enjoy.i am tired just watching this I like your idea but how do you pray for every aspect of your life and go to work. This is a very beautiful binder I am thinking of doing one and I love your ideas I just wanted to ask a few questions when do you find the time for actual prayer and not just setting it up.and are you praying thru all of your areas everyday?
Elise Johnson I think I mentioned it in the video but I most definitely don't have time to go through every single section of this every day. I like to think of this book as a collection of resources and spaces I can use as I am growing in my prayer journey.
But I do have to say that some people really do have time to spend an hour in a prayer binder which I'm sure is a wonderful blessing! I'm working on getting to that point 😊

If so, I'd be curious about an update...did you find it useful or being a planner girl, did you find if it's not in your daily use planner, it didn't get accessed as much? Beautiful notebook & setup! Honestly, it didn't get used much but it wasn't because of the binder or the set up itself - I have a problem with discipline in my prayer life.
I think when it comes to planners and journals there are two things at play - a book/system that works with your brain AND self-discipline. I think this was a useful set up BUT I lacked the discipline to use it.
I have plans for what I'm going to use in 2020 and will share later on my channel so stay tuned! :D
Elyssa Nalani Thank you. Will stay tuned. This year I used a happy planner for a chronological read through the Bible and used a small column for prayer requests but some weeks there wasn't enough room and it was hard to go back and find something if I didn't carry it forward every week and there was no where to record answers the request. Like you, I'm concerned if it isn't in this same location of something I already pull out everyday, will I have the discipline to pull out another binder or will I just end up praying only for what is in my current memory? Sigh.🤓 Your set up was super pretty. Thanks for your honest reply!🌻

It's a mini binder so it holds half letter size paper - 8.5 by 5.5
