What are your thoughts if you don’t mind and have the time to share your experience between these two amazing pellets.
Bud, first of all let me say I'm not a fan of H&N. They use too much antimony in their alloy, thus making the pellets too hard and more difficult to "fit" in the barrel rifling. In all my experience all the guns I've had so far preferred JSB, but it depends on the gun and barrel. That being said, a soft hollow point should transfer its energy at the afore-mentioned distances in both calibers. Mind you I'm not talking about nonsense such as the much advertised Hades pellets, which in .25 are nothing more than a big misunderstanding IMO, you can watch my video on testing them. I personally prefer .25 because IMO it's the most versatile caliber, like a golden middle ground. Yes - get a ballistic calculator, enter your correct data and make a card or use the readings on your mobile device. With time you'll get used to shooting at an angle at certain distances and you won't even have to look at it. A more difficult way would be to try shooting at an angle and see where the pellet hits and make a card based on the point of impact.
Hello. a technical question: with a 5-liter cylinder, loaded at 240 Bar, when I go to fill the rifle, I can't go more than 180-190 Bar. I have inserted a Huma-Air pressure regulator, I would not want it to be the cause. let me explain: that the pressure force, is insufficient with the pressure regulator, to reach 3000 PSI. With the hand pump, I manage with a little effort, to reach 3000 PSI. I ask you this, because I don't know how to give me an answer. I salute you and thank you.
@@AirRifleActivities my question is this: why can't I fill the rifle tank to at least 200-210 bar with a 240 Bar cylinder? I don't understand this thing .. Enlighten me .. Thanks Friend.
@@ranieribarsali4636 I understand the problem. If there's a pressure gauge on the bottle or on the charging station, check what is the indicated pressure on it - the manometers on the guns are less accurate. Also, what was your gun? Was it a Gamo Chacal/Urban? One of the seals may be leaking. Is it losing air over time? You may have damaged an o-ring when installing the reg. Remove the air cylinder again and try to find a leak on it. Better disassemble and replace the o-rings just to be on the safe side. It's hard to answer your question from a distance, that's why I'm giving you several suggestions. The reg is installed in the tube towards the action, so it shouldn't affect the unregulated pressure.
Gracias, hermano 🙂 You can check the price of my gun at www.wdgun.shop. As for the distances, I shoot at various distances, from 30 to more than a 100. Stay safe.

Ciao.
@@AirRifleActivities Ciao. Ho trovato i 2 video riguardanti il Adyust trigger e Adyust the power. Purtroppo non riesco a trovare i video riguardanti ( Trasfer Port..) (Fascia barilotto.)

Would be better if a better camera makes smoother slow mo.
Thank you for your nice comment 🤝 And yes, I agree with you on the slow mo issue. Right now I record at 60 fps. But I know that 120 is like the minimum for smooth slow mo footage, with 240 fps being the industry's standard. That's why I intend to purchase a GoPro Hero 7 Black and a new scope mount for it - as soon as I manage to put some money aside.
@@AirRifleActivities Thank you for your reply.
FYI, Gopro has just released the latest Hero8 black which has more advanced features than its predecessor.
@@李严-t3c, indeed so, but the lens of the Hero 8 is not removable - unlike its predecessors. GoPro says you need to send it back to the factory for a replacement. And you cannot focus on the scope eyepiece with the stock lens - you need to replace it with a new one which can focus on the eyepiece. Eagle Vision has such lenses for sale - that's one example. And Side Shot sell their mount with a GoPro Hero 7 Black fitted with a proper lens for $1250 - you can get a new very nice pcp for that kind of money 😉 Filming at a high frame rate is an expensive thing.
@@AirRifleActivities Thank you for your patient explanation, I look very much forward to seeing your new Hero7 and more fantastic videos!
@@李严-t3c, you're quite welcome, I'm always willing to help, as long as I am able to 🙂 Cheers.
Are you eating these pigeons? I'm all for the pest control. but if you're not eating them you're missing out as pigeons are delicious when properly prepared. And you sure got enough to feed a lot of people.
And that's exactly what I do, Mike 🙂 We eat some of them and the rest we hand out to friends. One of them mixes their breast with pork and makes sausages, believe it or not 🙂 Thanks for watching, bud 👍
@@AirRifleActivities I believe it. Sounds like a good use for them to me. Although my prefered way to cook them is in the pressure cooker.
Any tips for incline shooting
Yes - get a ballistic calculator, enter your correct data and make a card or use the readings on your mobile device.
With time you'll get used to shooting at an angle at certain distances and you won't even have to look at it.
A more difficult way would be to try shooting at an angle and see where the pellet hits and make a card based on the point of impact.
Wich is the best rifle money quality relation?
Raul, that is very subjective. It comes down to what the shooter wants. It's really hard for me to answer that question.
Hello.
a technical question: with a 5-liter cylinder, loaded at 240 Bar, when I go to fill the rifle, I can't go more than 180-190 Bar.
Buddy, tell me this: which pressure gauge is indicating 190 bar? The one on the bottle, or the one on the gun??
@@AirRifleActivities that of the rifle
@@ranieribarsali4636 what is the indication on the manometer of the bottle?

What is this supposed to mean?
The shots you make against the walls of the container make too much noise, that indicates that the diabolo is passing through the pigeon with great force. I BELIEVE that if you use a JSB Hades for
Thank you for your advise 👍 I have a video testing the Hades .25, and to say I wasn't impressed by those pellets would be putting it lightly. My tests showed they don't even expand as much as expected. Plus I need a pellet that performs well at both long and short distances. The Hades do not.

I DON’T KNOW IF YOU KEEP UP WITH YOUR VIDEOS, BUT COULD YOU USE FEET OR YARDS FOR THE AMERICAN WATCHERS?
Yes, John, on all my latest vids 🙂 These ones are older, sorry.
Ciao.
@@AirRifleActivities mille volte grazie.
Sempre gentile.. 👍
You're always welcome, friend 🤝
Ciao.
Vorrei un tuo parere per Gamo Urban.
È da prendere in considerazione?
Grazie.
Ciao.

Why are pigeons considered pests?
At farms and granaries they contaminate the grain and fodder with their feces, mate. Plus they spread diseases that are dangerous to humans and the livestock.
If you shoot a bird, i dont need to much calliber, just 177,that enough

You heard right, Abel. That's why they call them winged rats. Most common of those diseases is the ornithosis. However, not all of them have it, and if properly cooked, they are perfectly safe for eating. I even have a friend who mixes pigeon breasts with pork and makes sausages 😄
