Fixing Trunk Rattle for good in under 10 min | BMW X5 E53 | BOND Garage

The annoying clunking and rattling from the trunk of my BMW X5 E53 has been hurting my ears for long enough. It makes the car feel like a low quality truck. Luckily there's an easy and affordable fix to this problem. All you need is a 30mm nut and parts # 51247171557 & 51247171558.

I am the same way. Rattles and squeaks drive me nuts. When I'm riding in a friend's car and I hear a noise, I start touching everything trying to find the location of the squeak. I'm always like "dont you hear that noise?!?!"

sometimes my sunglasses rattler in the ceiling cubby and it bothers the crap out of me. but it's already rubber-lined.. just glad I got this trunk rattle sorted. felt like some ancient truck
