That's crazy! You guys should be making way more than that! Your shorts are amazing and very informative.... I'm binge watch them now.... Thanks for your amazing content!
You could make these into longer videos now that you have alot of viewers.
i am a short creator my self.. and i can say this is absolutely correct .. and in india it is even less.. the only thing that helps a bit is sponsors ( that i barely get ) and fame! ( i Don't show face so... not even fame) but u hope this gets better with time 🙌🏻
I hope it doesn’t. Shorts are cancer just like tik tok and should be snippets to bring you to a full video not real content themselves.
I'm no accountant, but that's a huge difference.
Please don't stop lol I love these shorts
Dang your content is interesting and informative. Promise to make sure I like and go back and like anything I missed. It’s such a terrible habit to absorb the content and keep scrolling.
Wow... thanks for sharing that info. I had no idea.
Y'alls babies are too cute!
Morocco: 5 dollars a month is the best i can offer
Wow, thanks for the transparency as social blade really don't know what they're talking about and are constantly referred to because they're the online site doing what they do. Honestly, though, I'm shocked at your figures. I love your shorts but expected you'd be making more. If time permits, if I were you, I'd start making compilations of all your shorts to make slightly longer videos to allow for ads to be placed on your videos. This which should be reasonably easy to do and edit since you've done most of the hard work already. Hope you'll consider this. Also, it's better you do it before somebody else does (as I've discovered a lot of my fav YT creator shorts on other channels as compilations (which I prefer because I like long form content).
The thing is since these are yt shorts you're obviously going to be making less than if you were to make normal 10 - 15 minute videos I feel like people would enjoy longer videos since these are super interesting
That means more time to make those videos. And that also doesn’t mean the views will translate. They’d most likely get way less views than their shorts which means not as much revenue as one would expect.
I actually really like watching y'alls shorts, I also like your voice it's soothing
This is crazy!! I love your shorts!!
Here's how much we make per month (45 second side tangent about life in Korea). $58.
I think I could beg for more than you make and I would need only half a day 🤔👀😂
Noooo! I love your shorts! Wish you could monetize and find a way to keep it going as a full time job! Thank you for sharing with us! I hope you find a way ❤️
Subscribed to your channel and look forward to more amazing videos 👏 👌 📹.
this video only needed to be 15 seconds long 😂😅
For some reason, ever since I first came across one of your videos, whenever I'm scrolling through shorts I always stop to watch your videos. I find the way you format your videos really easy and engaging to watch, and your narration is not over top, more complicated than it needs to be and a voice that is comfortable to listen to. Thanks for your content!
Interesting and enlightening. I love these evidence based videos. Wishing you health, happiness and continued success.
appreciate you breaking this down you rock
I’ve really enjoyed your videos and am grateful for all the work & love you’ve put into making them.
I was genuinely expecting AT LEAST 500
Love the transparency about pay!
So sorry. Love your quick videos!
Learned a lot from your shorts.
Hope you enjoyed making them.
Good luck as you return to your real jobs.
thanks for sharing! i wish more creators would share this kind of information
Dang! Didn’t expect the difference in revenue to be so drastic!
Omg. And your videos are better than most channels and far more educational.
Thanks for your honesty, unlike other youtubers pretends their millionaires
Yo you getting jacked homie 😳
Damn..yea..maybe take a break??..but!! Your info is wonderful!!do what's best for you and your wonderfully growing family. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Keep up the amazing work❤️
Please continue making shorts... I really love Korea and want to learn more about it and it's people... Your videos are very informative
I love these shorts 🥹I hope they start paying better and hope your shorts gets lots of love!
I appreciate your interesting videos! The customs of different cultures is so interesting and it’s distracting my depression right now. I wish you could make more off of it.
That’s absolutely insane for the amount of work & dedication you all put into these awesome & informative shorts. YT should be ashamed of themselves.
Social Blade is judging by the mass, it finds an average between everyone with almost the same range as you and their estimated revenue.
You should start promoting your long-form content more! I just watched a couple videos and they’re really cool!
That's sucks big time! Your shorts are so informative and one of my favourites. For sure they're a lot of work putting them together.
It be like that 😥. Let's hope the update to rev share changes the game!
Bro the fact that I just watched that video and came is insane
The revenues are so low but starting February 1, 2023, the shorts revenue sharing starts.
Respect for sharing how much you make. Money being taboo is one tool companies use to pay people less.
That is absolutely heartbreaking.
Oh no:( I sure hope you choose to stick with it. I love your channel!🥰
Thank you making these videos congratulations on your family and wishing you success and happiness in all your family does. Please try to keep time to make more videos.
Please continue shorts their really great
I normally do not watch the comparison review but I liked yours, I hope that you get better revenue for this
New subsriber here.. mainly because of your transparency and being truthful 👌🏻😍
I love your videos!
Thanks for letting me know I shouldn't try to make ad revenue lol
A shame y'all don't get more and much appreciation for these shorts! I look forward to them as I love to learn maybe make longer videos and get sponsors! Would still love to watch
in a recession advertising is the first thing to get cut. the FIRST. i rarely see commercials anymore for anything
That’s wild. UA-cam takes so much money from the creators.
Thanks I always thought shorts earn the same ad revenue as long form video. Appreciate your educational video and advice.
They've definitely made more off of shorts. Since they don't pay much in traditional ad revenue they get paid out of the shorts fund, which could pay up to 10,000 a month if you're getting a bunch of views
