I do not own those maps yet, still learning through the fc3 campaign and training missions though. Hopefully this squad develops well so I can apply when I aquire them :D

Well, if you at least meet the requirements specified in the video, we dont mind what skill level you are. We all train to a high level. Many of us started from zero, myself included

It's a shame the most competitive airframe (F-15C) is an old FC3 module. These sort of squad comps would appeal to me if FF Jets were up top ie the F-16C.
F-16C is the meta jet. Nobody but us flies the F-15C in competition these days unless they're OG players from old squadrons

I always thought the 15C could outrun it, launch missiles higher & faster, and run out of fuel last. What advantage does the 16 have that makes it meta?
@@Taipan303Datalink lol. The F-15 certainly is the superior airframe as far as the kinematics is concerned. But the ability to use a datalink and have some sort of helmet display + HOBS missiles is a major game changer
@@PrezDCS thanks, I had no idea the 15C didn't have datalink as I don't fly it good to know. HOBS makes sense too, that AIM9X slaved seeker holding ENABLE switch is great.

its a competitve team, a step up from normal dcs lol. nobody who plays comp wants to just team with people who have no idea what theyre doing

how long have you been playing milsim games? squadrons/groups have been around forever lol, i remember me and my friends starting groups together when we were 14 and played arma 3. this is a normal thing in pretty much any milsim game
