That's some sick shit right over here lemme tell you. Hella accomplishment, you may be 63, but you are an absolute unit of a man. Congrats, keep it up. As previously mentioned in the comments - it might be beneficial to focus on some explosive pullups for some time to gain some more power in those wings. I'd suggest, from my non-muscleuping perspective of someone with some homegrown-youtube based knowledge, to try doing very few reps of pullups in very few series, like 3-5 sets of 1-3 reps of VERY explosive and powerful pullups, maximum muscle recruitment. That might do the work in a span of couple of weeks. Your goal would be not to increase the number of reps or sets, but to increase the speed of reps.
The reason for your inconsistancy in muscle-ups is because you use generate a lot of mouvement in your legs that help you get up _(not a bad thing don't worry)_ . Since it makes the majority of the movement, your back doesn't really have an opportunity to be challenged and grow. By focusing on pull-ups and some muscle-up attempts without leg drive, you'll very soon be able to do muscle-ups consistantly. Good job, anyways!!
good video , saludos desde Argentina, Buenos Aires
That is freakin' amazing. I'm about to start to train to do muscle ups too! Very inspirational!
dude that's great, keep going !!!!!! you are such an inspiration 😀😀
This is highly motivational, you are in better shape than most men half your age. Just continue getting stronger
Your left arm needs some work, but still F*ing amazing. I'm 56 and working on it.
congrats man. thats a helluva accomplishment even for young people
King!!! Many of my friends at 17 cannot even do 1. Even at the age of 60+, you still very strong and flexible!

Yes thank you. I've also come to the conclusion that I use my legs too much. I've already started to try to rely more on my arms and shoulders
