Just use autosave (it saves quite often) instead of using typewriter saves (for some reason they are corrupt) and you will get through whole game at least then you can use dx12 and ray tracing. All the other options in this video are restrictive and make you vulnerable to threats.

I have windows 10 pro, and when I go to install the microsoft link you posted it says " not applicaple to your computer" I'ce tried everything else you suggested, please help, the game was working fine, now it crashes on startup, black screen won't even load. Thank you!
