Cold mornings mild middays. Tasmanian winter is special and almost 4 seasons in one! The rain transforms the Tasmanian forest into a nature smelling wonderland.

Yes it sure has been cold the past week Mike. I'm in Launceston & work afternoon shift. When come out of work at 10pm my car's windows have been heavily iced up for the past 3 nights.
@@Iygfdsvnkyf-7° a few days ago. Currently -5.6°, near the St Marys hospital. You've got that big air conditioner, the sea, near you, which keeps it warmer.
@@rodrocket8216 in 2 weeks time I am heading to Brady's Lake in the central highlands..to live.. in a tin shack....a step up from a tent.,i hear it's cold there too...

The weather station is at Fingal, they get different weather than St Marys.
