- Hi guys! In this video you will see how to properly maintain the CVT on SYM Jet14 200.
I replaced the roller weights, sliders and a drive belt.
Sorry because I haven't noticed that I dropped the variator out of frame.

Any time... Only thing I don't do myself is valve adjustment. That's kind of risky to me to do myself, but I have mechanic who does it for me...
Engine oil must be done every 3000km

It requires every 3000km because it doesn't have oil filter..

But subtitles took me three days to make.
Get the belt anchored with something like a fixed metal pipe or a hook then pull and squeeze the clutch simultaneously. This will get the belt go easily in the clutch pulley. Then you can place it on the scooter with no effort
God job but never youse the gun its to strong youse a torque wrench the both srews get 60 nm and with the gun you can broke the screw

@@alenrizvic9820 Svi dijelovi sto ja montiram su originalni. Ja sebi radim sve osim stelanja ventila i promjene guma, to dam covjeku da uradi. Originalni valjicici za njega imaju plavu boju na jednoj strani. Ako se dobro sijecam 13,5g. Oko nekih doba kad je kilometraza vec znacajna nekih 30-ak tisuca treba promijenit kompletan variomat i remenicu. Ja sam probo samo remen, valjcice i klizace kad sam vidio tragove istrosenosti variomata i usred voznje na 2000km od izmjene valjcic mi se raspo motor nije mogo krenit.

You mean oil filter?
It has only mesh in the block. Small displacement scooters don't have oil filters. Usually under 250cc.
@@REDLINERUNNER apperantly they do not add petrol filtration also. Maybe for economy , my bike ( ktm duke 200 ) has fuel,oil and air filter. Critical thinking- I am thinking is that not a potential problem with the injector.... hm

small bit of advice ... put engine parts on an old sheet on the ground rather than straight on the floor it is very easy to pick up a small stone that will damage the soft aluminium engine parts if it gets inside your casings
or even worse block an oil channel ...

Never taking a air gun hammer for the screw its to strong he have to youse torque 60nm with the wrench

Jesi li stavio fabričke rolere i da ne znaš koje su težine?
Naruci u Jurprom moto u ZG. Sve je original. 13g su serijski, ovi 13,3g tako da radi na 1000 obrtaja manje. Postigne takoder 100, ali ne pali blokadu jer fali mu snage za vise. Sa serijskim valjcicima udari u blokadu na 9500, a u crveno ulazi kad kazaljka dode do 100 i staje na 110, s ovim valjcicima tek ude u crveno takoder na 110 staje kazaljka. Realno trunku manje ubrzanje, ne slajfa na startu kad je mokro. Ja uvijek sve montiram original i sve servisiram kako u knjizi pise.
Ok, čitah nešto na engleskom pa nisam dobro shvatao taj odnos obrtaji/brzina/težina rolera. Jesam li dobro razumio da ako staviš malo teže rolere, postiže istu brzinu pri malo manje obrtaja, pa se time malo rasterećuje motor?
@Dragomir Stijovic U biti lakse rolice ti daju ubrzanje i manju max brzinu, tezi ti daju manje ubrzanje i vecu max brzinu, ali ako motor ima snage. U ovom slucaju max brzina je ostala ista, a obrtaji nesto manji. Ja uvijek stavljam serijsko original, vjv nije imo bas te tvornicke tezine.
