the exterior sound for the chinook doesn't feel right... it sounds a bit too light. I always remember them having a really heavy thump and a stronger turbine sound than that.
Yeah and sounds for the utility systems like the ramp and stuff really needs to be added to. I personally want to hear some more sounds for electrical systems and avionics to.
I made a mistake on the approach and ended up losing lift from the helicopter, which was the reason for the impact on the ground. Thanks for commenting!
@@akthug. You did not increase thrust during the approach on the last one. The first was fast and in real life not possible due to the rotors being to close to the towers, and the H on ships is mostly only for light helicopters and or hoisting. And not for the Chinook, it being somewhere around 30000lbs.
A lot quieter than I remember. But then again, I was always in back.
dcs simulates wearing a pilots helmet, thats why it sounds like that
I think it's because of the helmet too, thanks for commenting!!!

Nice video. I love this thing in VR. Was this a user file mission or from ED?
Thanks bro, I was playing on an online server called "AirCav Supply and Rescue"
