This is what they do... gaslight like crazy, do silent treatments on you to punish you for standing up to them or trying to leave them, ask for forgiveness and swear they are going to change and once you get back with them, they are going to hurt you on purpose and worse than the last time. And do a smear campaign on you to make themselves look like the victim. A narcissist is emotionally diabolical; a energy vampire. And, hopefully, not physically violent through they can be or at the very least rage. Once she stops emotionally spinning and her energy begins to come back fully, she has to keep it pushing and never go back, ever. Her romance need and empathy is her weakness with a narc and he knows it. She needs to fix her codependency issues and holes from her own childhood. Get out and stay out Princess. You have to be well to be a good nurturing mother. Not with a narc around. Use the grey rock technique with him to co-parent and other times no contact.

There is unhealed trauma in Ray J from childhood or the street environment, thus the manifestation of the narcissism personality disorder.
My heart goes out to Princess but she knew what she had before she married him. Did she think he was going to change after marriage? A zebra never changes their stripes. But I think this is the best for her.

I divorced her and got our son. She was trash, but I picked her🤦🏾♂️. I had to man up and leave her. Seeing a loveless marriage would not have been the best thing for my kids. I politely disagree. I find that women emotionally distance themselves before they ever say I’m done, and that makes it hard to go back (if you are completely done). Man on the other hand are, in my experience, quicker to say the words but are easier to persuade into something (even if it’s just a fling). Again, my experiences. But I will say, If she was willing to go back to him, she might have wanted his attention instead of being “done” with him. Idk

He always chested on her and pushed her in the pool. She still married him and had two kids. She knew that relationship was toxic before she got married and had kids. She's calm, but she looks sad, hurt, and let down. My heart goes out to her because I can only imagine how she feels. Having your heart broken by the one you love is an aching pain that is not easily soothed. Praying for her and her children.
