Makro-Objektiven, die sich lediglich bis zum Maßstab 1:1 einstellen lassen. Mit 100 mm Brennweite, der kristallklaren Schärfe sowie dem schönen Bokeh ist dieses Objektiv nicht nur ein hervorragendes Makroobjektiv 2:1, welches sich bis auf 25 cm fokussieren lässt, sondern auch das ideale Porträtobjektiv. Die Scharfeinstellung erfolgt manuell, ebenso die Blendeneinstellung.

Superb optically and well made. The lack of autofocus and communication with the camera is no big deal in macro. but the big let down is the short throw of the lens. The inability to critically focus due to this is a deal breaker for many. A throw of say 270 degrees from infinity to 1:1 would be much better. Focussing speed is irrelevant in copying and macro but achieving critical focus is.

The right ones. Lens only works fully manually unless you shoot Cannon. No image stabilization or exif data. On my and all Nikons it is 100% manual.

The lens 7s not weather sealed - had this have any problems outdoors?
What about the interbally shaftable lens - did you constantly use the inluded filter?
What about the small focus turning range?
As an Olympus shooter I hasitate between the 50 mm MFT, the 60 and 100 mm Nikon F, the latter to be more flexible towards a format change... Are there any experiences?
No problems so far concering the sealing! You should always protect your lens by using a filter. One UV MC 67mm filter comes with the lens! But you can always use different ones as well. The minimum focusing distance is 13.5cm on the MFT (50mm which is cropped 100mm Fullframe). 60mm hast 18.5cm and the 100mm TIPA Award winning lens has 24,7mm minimum focusing distance. So its your individual pick of what your are shooting!

Frankly saying laowa 90mm with canon r6 is not worth.
If there is slight wind or air movement or bee or butterfly or anything that moves even slightly - you simply cannot shoot it with manual focus you always gonna lose and get blurry photo, this is for still subjects only. Same goes for Image stabilization - this close any slight movement seems like huge without OS and auto-focus macro lens is useless to me.
I mean you can shoot it, I use manual focus and I deal with wind and movement all the time but I’m still able to get great pictures, sometimes it’s luck but still, you just have to have patience.

Cooles Video, nur die Musik ist sehr dominant und nervt nach einer gewissen Zeit. ;-)
