As someone who can get panic attacks around big groups of people, thank you. I know this general audio is not the same as someone talking with me personally, but I like it. It helps at least a little bit right now.

Wow, your singing voice is so lovely. I didn't know it was possible to be so enamored with someone just humming. As a person who commonly distances themselves from large social gatherings (I just feel so lost and don't understand what to do) this really resonated with me. You made me smile, cry, laugh, and cry while smiling over the course of listening to this, and I think I might actually feel just a tiny bit better about myself than I did before.

Started having panick attacks recently, and its sorta grown so that now anytime i get a little stressed im aware of it which can spiral me into one even though im trying to be aware im stressed to prevent one (ironic ha.). I appreciate stuff like this

Your sooo amazing and sweet your audios have helped me soo much. I go to alot of weddings and usually end up in a bathroom stall having a panic attack because of everyone around and get stressed out around load music. Almost over simulated. I love this audio and any others that help with this even though i know its not an actual person.

Read below for depression and maybe some food for thought.
My only issue is that encouragement like "you're perfect", "you're enough", "you don't need to change", etc. is not super helpful and potentially harmful advice. This audio is about a listener who is anxious at a party. I'm so much more socially anxious that even being in their situation is impossible. I can only talk to people if there is a clear topic and something that needs to get done, aka, school or work conversations. If it's a social conversation my mind immediately blanks and I can't speak. This makes it nearly impossible to make friends, let alone a girlfriend. And there is no way anyone would invite me to a party like this to even be in this situation. I do need to change otherwise I'm going to be stuck in lonely depression forever, but I don't know how to. I'm sorry for ranting a little, but I needed to get that out because "you're perfect" is commonly said in ASMR roleplay and it's a lie. Also I have nowhere else that I can bring myself to open up and rant a little. Sorry again and I hope anyone reading this has a good day. I do love your ASMR even if I nitpick wording. Have a lovely day and please wish me some comfort and growth that maybe someday I can open up to someone and get help.

It's our last day at Disney Land and I was starting to get a bit panicky so finding this was great
This scenario happened to me at my sister's wedding, i don't think it counts as anxiety but i need to escape from parties, i held on for as long as i could but i think that was a bad idea, the party went on all night, i found a bench in the garden in the pitch black and stayed there freezing. My friends know that i leave parties but my family didn't at the time, one of my worst memories.

As someone who has been bullied most of my time growing up, who now has flashbacks at having to quietly listen to stuff like people talking like they should make you share a tent with someone you kinda liked as a punishment to her and detailing the disgust it would provoke in her..
i mean, just hearing anyone could show me some tenderness makes me want cry..
and perhaps not feel like a puddle of radioctive goo for a moment
