Shivaan, I just want to say that whenever I think of a doubt that needs to be cleared, you make a video about it. I don't know how you do it, but you are awesome - thank you so much. I was literally discussing the India-or-UK issues with my parents right now (I'm an Indian in British Curriculum), and then you upload this video exactly in time.
Thanks so much and I’m so glad that I could help! I completely understand the situation you’re in, If you have any other doubts or queries feel free to let me know :)
Loved it...i was hoping for this kind of video ..because i was so confused about doing mbbs in india or uk...now i think I am pretty sure what to do ...thanks for helping shivaan.....keep going😁😍🤗🥰
Hi Shivaan I would like to know if a person choose UK for MBBS and after getting the degree wants to practice in India. Will it be acceptable as I have heard in India there is no value of such medical related courses done from UK.
Hi Shivaan. Excellent video. Keep up the good job. How long are the post mbbs posting/pg courses in each country before one becomes a full fledged consultant
Hey, so the time it takes to become a consultant after medical school on average varies from 5-9 years, however, that is only the time for completing your full training. Afterwards you must wait for a consultant position to free up in the speciality you are pursuing before you can become a consultant.
Hi there! I have got interview offers from UCLan, Brunel and Buckingham. Would you recommend me joining any one of these universities or should I reapply next year?
Hi Shivaan, I was wondering what the process is like after med school- I mean I do know that there's 2 years of Foundation Training wherein you work as a junior doctor, but how do you choose your speciality after that like we have to write NEET PG in India, so how does it work there?
sirrrr u inspire me a lot ,but sir i have a question how did you get in uk universities u know i searched so many origanisations and none of them provided mbbs counselling .i am exploring things but i need guidance that how and what is to be prepared for applying the exams . thank you
I am doing my class 12 now and want to do medical school in uk. Which medical schools can I consider with low class 10 scores but high Ucat and high class 12 scores?
Just a quick question!! I will be applying to some colleges in UK this year but I am still confused about giving NEET and so are my parents...please help me out!
Hey shivaan great video! Hoping for more videos to come I just had a qs for you I just wanted to know some free resources for preparing for ucat and how many months will it take for ucat preparation (I'm from cbse board)
Thanks! In terms of free resources there is the official UCAT website and few practice questions on the medic portal, otherwise most resources are paid. In terms of time I think 1-2 months of preparation is sufficient and maximum 3 months because more than that and you’re compromising on time you’re giving to other things.
@@shivaanbahlmed thanks for the reply In my 10th cbse i got 90% 11th I'm expecting around 80-90% Is this score enough for med school and which med schools are easy to get in?
@@14divija14 I'd recommend checking the international requirements on the 'entry requirements' page of each medical school because different medical schools have different criteria but I think the minimum is somewhere between 85-95%. There is not necessarily 1 med school that is easy to get into but there are certain ones that require lower grades, I'd recommend you check out the entry requirements again to see which ones have the lowest entry requirement.
That's a very well put together video! 👏 I did have a doubt though, do these universities tend to prefer Icse board students more than Cbse ones? Or does it not matter?
