The best combo I’ve found is mars with igniter/venom and the drone armadillo/paralysis. You can throw the turret to control one side of the map and use splash to hit multiple enemies from multiple sides of the map. The best battleship is frozen scorn due to the massive AOE from the ship. Give it a try

I did 313 with the Minos using the charge abilty. It should be higher considering you got 4 Cinders. The spawn time affects that number too.
