When dealing with neighbors, if one has territorial disputes and the other harbors intentions to annihilate us, the approach must differ. If Pakistan gains power and resources, they are likely to reignite problems for India, as their existence seems rooted in hatred towards India and Hindus. What strategy would you recommend for addressing these distinct challenges?
