Imagine being an SNK "fan" and still thinking that all Neogeo games belong to SNK, so all of them can appear in KOF haha. Lots of these great games (Waku Waku 7, Rage of the Dragons, Breakers, etc), do not belong to SNK, but to other companies that developed games for the neogeo system that SNK made. But some people still think SNK owns every game made for the neogeo. That's the equivalent of saying Sony owns every game ever made on the playstation.
So apart from kof, fatal fury, art of fighting, samurai shodown, last blade, world heroes, savage reign, kizuna encounter, garou motw, which other neogeo fighting games were directly connected (made by) to snk? (Sorry if i have bad english)
@@gabrielsosasantamaria6330 You mentioned all their fighting franchises pretty much. Also, SNK bought the assets of ADK in 2003, so evert ADK game now belongs to SNK. World Heroes, Aggressors of Dark Kombat, and Ninja Masters were the three fighting game franchises that ADK made for the neogeo, so SNK can use them whenever they want. King of Monsters is also SNK, but that's more of a wrestling game with monsters. Every other fighting game on the Neogeo (Double Dragon, Waku Waku, Breakers, Rage of the Dragons, Power Instinct Matrimelee, Voltage Fighter, Galaxy Fight, Ragnagard, Kabuki Klash, might be missing a couple), those games were not made directly by SNK. Other companies made those games, and SNK published them on neogeo hardware. But SNK cannot touch those franchises, because they don't own the rights.
Can't blame them though, it's an Arcade system created by SNK, so they'll assume that all the games belongs to SNK like the CP System made by Capcom. And many of the company weren't even that popular and known by many people.
@@realicalz I mean, at the time, sure. I even thought the same. But now with everyone having internet at their disposal with a phone, it’s easy to pull out a wiki page. Like…it’s 2022, and you’re still wondering why Breakers or Waku Waku characters haven’t been used by SNK? Instead of complaining to them, use the internet to find out why.
I Loved SNK! They had some very unique fighters, Would love to see more characters from fatal fury special and world heroes integrated into KOF series!!!
This system was amazing for fighting games.
The Console and games are still expensive
Excellente compilation ! But at 5:15, Rage of the dragons is from the 2002 , not the nineties.

KOF '95, Fatal Fury 2 and the first Samurai Shodown will always hold a special place for me
What you NEED to try:
Breakers Revenge
Garou
KOF98
World Heroes Perfect
Sam sho 2 and last blade 2 also
I Loved SNK! They had some very unique fighters, Would love to see more characters from fatal fury special and world heroes integrated into KOF series!!!
52 total fighting games, with 30 by SNK over five franchises (fatal fury, art of fighting, samsho, kof & last blade)
SNK was ahead of their time 🥊🔥
