I almost liked your videos, but going into a city or a country without any respect is a big NO.
When you visit historic places you can also learn something, not just go around and talking on your videos based on your assumptions. There are even signs in Heraclea where you can read about the city. And no, it's not a Greek city, it's not a Roman city, but it's an Ancient Macedonian city. Thank you.
*Ancient Macedonian* city my guy, not ancient Greek city. One, Greece wasn't unified back then, it was all just city states, and two, Ancient Macedonians and Greeks are not the same, Greeks back in ancient times were Hellenes since as stated before there was no Greece. The term Greek was brought on by the Romans. Therefore it can't be an ancient Greek city.
With that said, the city was named after Heracles, a mythological hero in the Hellenic world. Before all the Greeks hop in the comments here, yes they practiced the Hellenic religion, and spoke a dialect of the language, koine. That doesn't make them Greek. They spoke their own ancient, now lost, Macedonian language. The Macedonian army was made up of half Macedonians and half Hellenes, after Philip and Alexander essentially took control of them and said you either fight with us, or you die.
And one final thing, just because the current people of Macedonia speak a Slavic language, which by the way is its own distinct language, doesn't mean that genetically they have no relation to the ancient Macedonians. Migrations happen all the time, and all throughout history, so if that's the case, then modern day Greeks have no relation to the ancient Macedonians.
That's a quick history lesson in a nutshell. There's far more to be said, but to the point again, ancient Macedonian city, not Greek
Seems like you had the place to yourself with out all the tourists you get to most places . Ancient Macedonia was called just that . Wasn't part of any country called Greece untill 1913 when Macedonia was divided into 4 Parts . As Greece took more than half after Expelling the Turks, Decided Macedonians were Greek lol . The word Greek never existed at the time .
00:24 im from Bitola and the person who wrote the iconic "im finna whip this h*e" is my friend 😂
I WAS BORN in this city , Krali Marko
Please refer to the city as an Ancient Macedonian city as it definitely isn’t Greek.
Then explain why it is covered in Ancient Greek inscriptions…which obviously is because the local population spoke Greek, their native language and it even had a theatre which is synonymous with Ancient Greek culture

There are lot of roman inscriptions thru West Europe, Britan , so All these places belong to Italy too?
This greek nonesense is becoming like a broken record. Even non macedonians are becoming tired of hearing greeks rambling
