About THETA & DELTA WAVES: Theta brain waves occur when you’re sleeping or in a very relaxed state of mind. Theta waves fall into binaural beats frequency range of 4-8 Hz. The binaural beat that a person perceives is the frequency DIFFERENCE between the waves entering the left and right ear. So, for example, music in the right ear oscillates at 48-52 Hz & music in the left ear oscillates at 44-48 Hz, creating a frequency difference (LEFT-RIGHT) in the range of 4-8 Hz thereby classifying it as theta brain waves. Similarly, if the difference is 0.3-4 Hz it will be classified as delta waves.
Use earphones & play it at "low to medium" volume for the best result.

Last night an ad came on in the middle of night and woke my husband up. I was listening at a low volume but the ad was very loud. Can’t use these videos if they will blare and wake us up in the middle of the night. 😡

I believe you, but I don't think I got an ad (slept through with headphones at a moderate volume), so I don't know if there is anything the uploader can do. It may just be UA-cam has been really trying to push for payment on this platform now. Prayers that the silly youtube algorithm allows you and your husband some sleep in any case!!

Been on this channel for a year. Every single night and I’ve never seen ads. If you switch videos, the video ends and another one starts, or are using the TV app or website (instead of mobile app)-I think there are ads. TV UA-cam and sometimes the website puts ads on every video, regardless of what the creator says. I don’t have UA-cam premium, and me and most others here have never gotten ads. Don’t know what happened in your case. Definitely strange.
