Who's watching in 2024? About 12 minutes into it, Shana talks about the process of starting the response essay but not "feeling it." Equates it to a live courtroom experience where you're having a bad day and the other side is "blowing you out of the water." She says, stay calm. One of my best Takeaways in my bar Prep journey. Another one is: Every "exception is 10 points!" Wow.😮 🍸 Thank you so much.
Am I missing something ? the only 4th amendment exceptions in the Constitution are probable cause and the information given must be sworn under oath and affirmation.
@@shoshanakarpeles9763 The only exceptions that I can think of other than the 4th amendment exceptions for a warrant would be exigency or consent. Lawfully I don't really think you would have any standing on any other argument...?

They are not exceptions to the 4th, they are exceptions to the requirement of a warrant.

@@kingnico6965 No. There are several others. Plain view, Search Incident to Arrest, Automobile Search, Stop and Frisk, etc.

I've never seen those exceptions in the Fourth Amendment
