These planes are oldies but goodies. Rather fly in these over the Boeing 737 Max ANY DAY

2.5 years ago flew a CRJ2 from Midland Texas to Denver Colorado with my 6 month old Grandson. I did not like getting on this tiny jet. Well, the flight was remarkably smooth, crystal clear all the way and we had beautiful views the entire trip. Captain had great sense of humor and was entertaining the entire flight. This was United Express.

This maybe the most hated aircraft but it's my favorite. Less annoying passengers and more like actual flying than the large cattle cars. Reminds me of the old Caravels that were a bit larger. But still a very cool aircraft.

Several years ago, Delta had CR2s flying from Detroit to Providence and back, which is a block time of around 1:45 eastbound, and 2:00 westbound. My husband, who is by no means an avgeek, told me in no uncertain terms to book away from these planes because of the lack of comfort on a plane on which you will be spending upwards of two hours. These days, DL flies mostly ERJ-190s and CRJ-700/900s, with the occasional 319 or 717 thrown into the mix.

United has the CRJ200 on flights blocked up to 3h30m currently. I can’t even imagine

Why do you reviewers always fail to show the overhead bins and what fits under the seat?

Air Wisconsin is based at the Appleton airport which is Appleton, WI. Not Greenville. I know thats what wikipedia says but the airport is in Appleton. Check out the address for the airport and corporate headquarters. Just wanted you to have the accurate information.

You are wrong. The airport is in Greenville. I live here and am a pilot here.

One of the last planes I flew on was a CRJ-200 from CLT to CAE. Although it was less then 30 minutes it was the most uncomfortable flight ever.

@@alexanderzhou9058 when I lived in Illinois I flew US Air usually from ORD to CLT then CLT to CAE. never had issues on a CRJ, but the last time I flew I got stuck in a seat next to a passenger who weighed a good 350-400 pounds. Dunno why it was so much different, but that CRJ just seemed so cramped.

The newer regional jets are larger than the CRJ-200. Probably closest would be the ERJ-170.
