I share this frustration, Joel. I rarely see any education being presented on many sites. For me, education was the key to my successful quit. Education which led me to the commitment to never taking another puff. Thank you for your work.
I joined a school with a motto: "STICKING TO A PERSONAL COMMITMENT TO NEVER TAKE ANOTHER PUFF". Next June 28, 2024, I'll be nicotine free for 10 years. Thanks again dear Joel.
Excellent point. Yes, once we understand and accept quitting's governing rule -- The Law of Addiction -- and pledge commitment to staying free and clean, we arm ourselves with what's needed to remain clean and free for the balance of life. In fact, it is IMPOSSIBLE to fail so long as all nicotine stays on the outside!
Totally agree! I came here today because I could feel my resolve weakening after 8 years free of nicotine. I always find the right advice here. Thank you Joel.
I quit smoking 7 years ago like he says.
You gotta stick to your personal commitment to never take another Puff.

Thanks Joel, I needed this!
100% Joel. Almost 7 years free now and I keep my quit close to me and never forget my personal commitment to never take another puff.
Oh that’s bad, mojo! I like your style. Just do it, no wagons included.
