Congratulations on reaching 50k subscribers! 🎉 The sound of this cajon is absolutely incredible - bright snares, full bass, and a beautiful overall tone. The Brazilian wood on the front panel adds such a unique look. Your videos are always inspiring and full of valuable tips. Keep up the amazing work!
Congratulations on the 50k subscribers. This cajon is gorgeous! The snare is bright and clean. The sound is full and punchy. I love the look of the Brazilian wood on the front panel.
Congrats Felipe!!!! Late comment🤪🤪This cajon has a gorgeous sound and look!! It has a punchy bass tone and a powerful, bright snare tone. I particularly like the ghost notes on this cajon!!! It is very sensitive, and is the perfect combination of a woody tone and a sensitive, hi-hat-like tone. Hope I could get a custom cajon from Pepote or Meinl one day too😭😭
the sound is beautiful strong clear and clean. the bass sound is dark and full-bodied, The strings are not too intrusive. fantastic shape and colors. Who knows how much it costs, certainly not within my reach. mine, given to me, otherwise I wouldn't have any, doesn't even come close to the sound produced by yours. but with Felipe's help and a great desire to play, I still enjoy it. Thanks for all the advice and help. ciao cambogia
I love it as long as you do. It’s always a matter of taste. For me, Meinl has too much snare sound on the bass tones. But that’s what I am looking for. I hope you love it.
This cajon sounds fabulous! Is this cajon available for purchase anywhere? - or perhaps in the future? It is a great combination of wood, front plate and strings!
Damn felipe that cajon is smoking hot. Really feel the bass through my phone, the snares sound so crisp and clean and as always , your hitting is on point. Ive only been playing for 2 years and man I'm nowhere near this level, but i will persist and get there one day 🥁 wish there was a cajon emoji haha thanks for the video
@@CajonMaster Thanks for replying Felipe, that is such a hard question because I loved all the grooves including the fills, but around 3.20 I was really feeling it. I reckon that you could have (if you don't have already) quite a few groove sessions there. I haven't yet gone through them all (I'm on the "Bo Diddley Beat" at the mo), but just improvising like that is an incredible skill there - thanks Felipe 👍🏻
every details has influence in the sound. This tapa has a more warmer sound the other tapas in the line. The number of strings also gives more details and it has more sensitivity
Wow!! Is this cajon the prize you'll be giving away? The Tango line usually comes with 2 sets of 3 strings and this one has 2 sets of 8 strings. Looks and sounds great!!
Sounds great. I would like a bass sound. I keep time for country gigs. I like a deeper bass sound with no snare. I play on 2 sides. Like a guitar. Pick and strum.
Want to have some fun? Stand at your stainless steel sink. Play some rhythms with the sink empty. Then plug it and start adding different levels of water and see what different tones you get

Thanks a lot! happy you like it ;)
The song is awesome, I like it, it’s like a crispy sound. I have a Flamenco cajon and it almost sounds the same.
thanks for sharing your opinion Ivan, cheers!

Thanks for the words my friend, I'm glad to help. Happy like the cajon! Cheers
I showed my son (a drummer-in-training who likes the cajon) the video when Pepote made your cajon and now he tells me to get one, too. :-)
That is awesome!

Not yet! A very similar one is the Meinl Artisan Seguiriya line ;)

Thanks a lot Tony! I’m sure with practice you’ll achieve your goals 😉
Yes I liked the sound of that Cajon a lot. Thanks for the demo. By the way, were you free-styling or had you practice that very nice groove?
I’m improvising here :) tell me which groove you like best (which minute of the video)

@@nitram_nosnibor thanks Mrtin, I will take some of the grooves and explain in a video ;)
@@CajonMaster perfect, thank you Felipe 👍🏻
does the difference of the front plate / Wood difference changes the sound of the cajon? Say if the number of strings are the same?

Not this one in the giveaway :) the Tango line is the one for the Giveaway ;) good luck 🍀
Sup nice video by the way, i hope one day i will be as good like you to play the cajon
From Canada New-Brunswick. :)

The meinl subwoofer cajon would be a good option for you.
Amazing :)
Thanks! 😄

I love your videos but i can't practice because my cajon was broke :( . You give the best lesson I've ever had :)
Oh no! not possible to fix it?
Cajón = Perú and Perú = Cajón. No Spain in the equation.
Did Pepote own by Meinl?
Pepote has created the Artisan line for Meinl produces only this line for Meinl.
Still prefer De Gregorio better than any Meinl...
