What a beautiful song about self-pity. Even if we recognize and even despise this quality in ourselves, the heart requires love to heal - self love if nothing else. In a world where so many are so repeatedly abandoned and traumatized, abused and neglected, scorned and humiliated, this is virtually an anthem for too many people. Je ne connaissais pas cette Chanteuse Pomme. Quel talent!! Et un timbre de voix qui est exeptionnel. C'est rare de nos jours de voir une jeune chanteuse avec ce genre de chanson à texte. Une vrai douceur. J'adore.

This is brilliant. I wish we had Taratata in the UK rather than Later which went stale 20 years ago. Asaf Avidan is a real puzzle. His voice on this is great, so why not use that country tinged voice on everything? Instead if you examine his previous work you get vocals that sound like Passenger, or more often a woman singer. It doesn't help the songs or the artist. The other You Tube clip with Pomme - Conspratory Visions - is also really good, almost Cohen like.
