I am a portuguese master's student in Sociology at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities (FLUP) under the guidance of professor Paula Guerra and I want to study nerdcore scenes on youtube. With this exercise, I am collecting names so that I can see how the scene looks (symbolically), in an exploratory phase, with the help of the fandom and the communities. I think this is a quick sum of my informed consent. But I can send it to you entirely so that you can read everything that I am trying to accomplish. (The reason I am not doing it already it's because I think my comment gets erased, probably because it's considered spam.)
(I also want to make a note that the collection of this data will be purely academic and that anonymity will be guaranteed, my intention is to look at this data in a grouping logic of all participants and not refer to each respondent their personal choices.)
