Thank you, after making this it felt good to be editing again. I think it was the worst time for everyone, I hated it. I know some people that were much worse off than me, so really compared to others I was fortunate. I'd say pray for those that got hurt because they are still dealing with the consequences.
Damn, I was not expecting all of that. I lived in ignorent bliss and didn't realise how this virus makes the world sound so distopian. I'm glad you're here doing what you love, and I hope to see more and more videos on this channel. Into the Radius is a rough game so I don't blame you one bit for taking a break. It gave me heart attacks many times when I first played back in it's early times.
Thanks for the kind words. I think a lot of it was just what bubble we were all in. Some circles knew about it, others didn't, it was all a mess. I hope to get back into it soon, really reminded me how much I missed editing making this one.
in the same boat about not being able to take certain vaccines, including covid. and I even caught the virus early on, before we even knew it was in my country. but I moved to some islands up north without a lot of people for the majority of all that, so I guess I was lucky in that department, hearing how you were treated
Bit of a downer video there, hope things are getting better as time passes. I don't think I'd agree with all the points on the vaccine, you gotta keep in mind the scientists and doctors were likely just as afraid as everyone else and were in a rush to do as much as they felt they could. Could it have been handled better? Absolutely. Was it fair or right to go about mandating things in the way they did? Debatable, but probably no. Did the people making it have malicious corrupt intent? Almost certainly not. Those making it are just as likely to be afraid of their own families dying, I'd err on the side of assuming fear and hope drove the rapid output of the vaccine, rather than open hostility and corruption. Still, not saying this to lessen any of your experiences, just try to keep an open mind. Everyone's human, and humans are fearful flawed beings. Hope to see some more helldiver's content from ya! Id watch it!
Appreciate it. Yeah, there were other things that were done too that I didn't discuss which made it seem more malicious, like the blocking of certain medications due to a stipulation that a emergency use vaccine couldn't be approved if there was a confirmed medication for the disease. And also the changing of the definition of "vaccine" on the Merriam-Webster dictionary that happened in the middle of it. Stuff like that that gave us some dystopian vibes. I'm sure there were people with good intentions, but if one couldn't point out this stuff without being condemned that also throws up some red flags. Hope to make more videos one day
