- This update has been release way too late in my opinion but I guess they needed an extra reason to sell new DLC
- We really have some inconsistency in graphics, where many areas just look downgraded compared to One X. This is probably just my personal preference after playing ~30 hours on One X.
- Frame rate wasn't fully stable but not noticeable during gameplay for Series S in the areas tested
- 60FPS does really a lot for this game on console in my opinion, don't love the upgrade but can't hate it neither because of nostalgia

Fantastic video! I absolutely adore the fact that you include real time power consumption. The only little nitpick I have here is that I would love to see the how the power consuption differs in the two performance modes in a like for like comparison.

Thanks! It is not nitpicking really I’m always in for feedback. Do you mean one console 2 modes on the same screen? I do this combination also, it varies a bit - because I treat every mode/fps individually I can mix and match during the edit so I just do what “makes sense” to me when I’m dividing the scenes. If you check my Witcher 3 video, I actually did it on that one for PS5 and Series X|S. Take care.
@@ajgamingcomparisons Yes! Totally like you did in your Witcher 3 video! I can see how it might not be as critical to all viewers and it might not even make as much sense to include such a specific comparison in every video, though I personally would love to see it in every opportunity.
Wow the difference in vibrance, the new gen has more I guess fog from far away things and honestly the foliage on last gen looks better because of the color vibrancy it really has that dbz look
I preferred One X version myself in terms of visuals but 60FPS is really a way better experience for DBZ

Loading times are great which means for all new games with less than 22 seconds load time devs have to give information and output artwork differently. I can’t count how many times I missed a great tip on loading screens because of 7-15 sending load times. By the time I realize and read the first few words things already done loading.

Wow I cannot believe the Xbox One x and the Xbox series x were actually neck and neck with each other at 150 FPS 😅 the Xbox One and the Xbox series s were the only ones were really struggling 😭

PS5 side is bugged at the moment with the latest patch.
Anti Aliasing is non existant.
So it looks exactly like the PS4 Pro/One X in terms of graphics now.
All shimmery and flashy on buildings/fishing docks/characters.
No longer buttery smooth and clean.
I'd suggest if anyone is on PS5 only play off the PS5 DISC version 1.0.

I know it may seem the same for lots of people but they are different in reality of things.
I just replayed the whole game old gen version and althougt there are literally few parts that are more accurate (bardock’s ki in the kanassian planet when you dash forward,surgeon mode kid goku is too bright in new gen and some colors sometimes might be too bright in the new gen)but the old gen is really unplayable rn with lower frames dropping,the game is more grey and the colors are dead,a bit pixelated look,every cutscene really feels mid while in new gen version the 60fps,polished graphics,and more alive color thx to hdr too gives the cutscenes the value they deserve

@@pab3247 PS4 Pro plays this game at 1620p. Which is basically 3k. It also has HDR. So i don't see a big noticiable improvement there. Sorry but my mind is made up. Lol
Que pena de versión en Xbox Series. Se ve mejor en Xbox One X que en Xbox Series X performance, cuando la Xbox Series X es algo más del doble de potente gráficamente. Que no vaya a 2160P60fps en Xbox Series X y 1440P60fps en Xbox Series S es ya una decepción persé. Una RTX2060 te mueve el juego a 1440P120fps y 4K60fps sin problema al máximo. No tiene sentido.
Si, a mi personalmente también me gustó más la versión de One X. Lo escribí en la descripción del video. Pero de verdad necesitaba 60FPS. En todo caso, yo me he criado con DBZ quiere decir que me gusta de todos modos jajaja.

You really think so? I had 30 hours on this one and personally I prefered the looks of One X to be honest - but hat is just my opinion. Obviously this game is way more enjoyable at 60FPS. Take care dude!
